What is guaranteed rent?
This is called a master lease. We will rent your apartment/house at regular rates and we will furnish it and make it look beautiful! We will rent it out to our guest for short term.
Property kept in for sale condition
To be able to get our guest to come into our house it has to be kept in AMAZING condition. You will never have a tenant leave your property in the condition and treat it as well as we do. When we get properties we treat them like it's our own.

Rent never miss as we are a business
We are running a business and do always have guests coming to our properties, which is exactly why we are confident enough to guarantee your rent every month. We do tons of research before promising your rent! Our landlord loves working with us because they know we will always pay our rent on time and sometimes even early too.
Property cleaned multiples times a month
We have cleaners come to the property multiple times a month to clean the property and do deep cleanings! This is how we keep the property in pristine condition. Most of our guests that come to our homes are only spending time sleeping there which causes less use of the house!
The last tenant, you'll ever need
Once we get properties we do not plan on leaving as we do invest a lot of money into a furnishing and lots of time to build this property. Once we take on a property we would love to be there for the next 10 years!
