How much do we charge?
Management price:
We do not make money until you make money. We always take a percentage of total revenue since it gives both parties a winning hand! The more you make the more we make! Please fill out this form so we can determine how much our fee would be!
Guaranteed rent :
This is all based on how much you rent your property for already. If you charge $1000 to tenants now, we will also pay you the same amount! Please contact us here to find out if your property would work for us
